He is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of property financial statements and reviewing the efficiency of the accounting functions. Additionally responsible for reviewing and administrating the personnel policies for Aegis Properties Corporation.

Industrial Asset Manager, Kensington Realty Advisors, Inc.
Tom was responsible for the management of 4 portfolios of industrial property across the United States in excess of 5.6 million square feet for 3 institutional investors with a value of over $225 million. Oversaw the portfolio's operations, prepared annual management plans, maximized the portfolio's value by maximizing lease transactions and minimizing the capital improvement costs and researched and analyzed market trends.
1996 to 1997
Senior Property Manager, Northern Builders, Inc.
Tom was responsible for the management and leasing of over 2.8 million square feet of suburban office, industrial property within the Chicago area. This included the daily operations, tenant lease negotiations, coordination of tenant and capital improvements and annual budget and recovery calculations.
1984 to 1996
Senior Property Manager, JMB Realty Corporation Held positions as Regional Accounting Manager for over 5.5 million square feet of Class "A" office buildings, supervised a staff of 12 on-site property accountants who processed daily collections, vender payments, prepared monthly financial statements and annual budgets. As Senior Property Manager responsible for the management and leasing of over 2.5 million square feet of industrial and suburban office buildings. Worked directly with brokers to market and sell over 1.4 million square feet of industrial property.
